Facing COVID 19 Resurgence: Mind, Body and Spirit

At the August 12, 2021 ESHC full coalition meeting, partners gathered virtually to learn from medical, mental health, and spiritual leaders. The goal was to prepare to stand strong against the virulent COVID variants, delta and lambda. Interviews, conducted by Patti Kiger, ESHC executive director, with MiMi Sedjat, LCSW, Lea Porche, MD, and Rev. Gary Miller, nourish the mind, body and spirit.  These individuals tell us to be smart, be kind, and to take care of ourselves and each other. Take a listen.  Then review the self-care resources below as a reminder that the best antidote to trauma is resilience. Share this information widely with family, friends and colleagues as a gesture of support and caring.
